|Rescue Me ID: 15-04-23-00111Marshmallow (female)|
Meet Marshmallow. This lovely older Persian is looking looking for someone to spend her days with. She is approximately 17 years old. At a recent exam, she was diagnosed as having Feline Leukemia and was in need of a new special diet. Due to the confirmation test of being FeLV positive, the owner elected to surrender her to try to rehome, rather than euthanize. Though she has some years on her, she does not act that old. She is a social kitty, she purrs so loud when she's getting attention. She takes a little extra grooming with her squishy face that makes her eyes run and combing her beautiful coat, which she loves! She is such a sweet lady who deserves a happy ending. Due to her disease, she needs to be an only cat or with cats who are fully vaccinated for feline leukemia, or other positive feline leukemia kitties. She is a special kitty who should have a real home to show her love and affection. If you are interested in adopting a senior to live out her golden years, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request an application or fill one out online at www.pawswapofgreaterlafayette.com. |Rescue Me ID: 15-04-10-00092Miki (Me-key) (female)|
Miki is a very sweet petite little girl. She will flop over to haver her tummy rubbed or when she is trying to tell you something. She likes to nap in her kitty condo and loves to watch the birds and ducks in our pond. She has been around children but shies from the younger ones. Good around teens. She has been around big dogs and does well. She would NOT be ok with other cats. She needs someone who will brush her due to her Persian coat and who will spoil her as an indoor kitty.
