Rescue Me ID: 12-12-02-00157T-T (female)

Persian Mix    Age: Senior

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Submissive
Health: Spayed, Needs Vaccinations

I have 2 cats, T-T is the further one, her older brother in front is Taro. They are indoor cats only, have never been outdoors other than a patio/balcony (2nd floor). T-T is not overly active, loves attention, cuddling, being brushed, and laying in the sun. She is shy compared to her brother, but loves to play with laser toys and catnip mice. She is tolerant of children and small dogs in a home, but can spook easily and will run and hide. She is chipped, spayed, and declawed, but is behind on shots. She loves relaxing but can't resist boxes or paper bags. T-T does not have any health issues, but her hair mats easily (but loves getting ... (Read More)brushed). I inherited them from my ex-wife(who was going to put them down due to moving away), and I'm giving them up because a) I am a severe asthmatic with sinus issues and my health issues prevent me from giving them the attention they deserve, and b) I can barely afford the cost to maintain the cats as I am on a very fixed budget. They are siblings and have been each other's best playmate their entire lives, and they really need to be kept together. (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 12-12-01-00275Taro (male)

Persian Mix    Age: Senior

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Needs Vaccinations

I have 2 cats, Taro is the closer one, his younger sister behind him is T-T. They are indoor cats only, have never been outdoors other than a patio/balcony (2nd floor). Taro is active, loves attention and plays with anybody, including kids and small dogs. He is chipped, neutered, and declawed, but is behind on shots. He loves being the center of attention, is really curious- can't resist boxes or paper bags, and constantly 'patrols' the house. Taro does have some health issues, the first being he has tartar buildup on his teeth, he has an irritable stomach if he eats plants, feathers or string, and has been diagnosed as having early ... (Read More)onset pancreatitis, but it is easily controlled through diet and occasional medication.
